The flowers of Terminalia arjuna are grouped in axillary spikes. The spike is 8-12 cm long and it has a 1.5-2 cm long peduncle.
The calyx-tube is cup-shaped, 1-2 mm high and with 5 reflexed and triangular lobes. The calyx is cream-coloured and densely pubescent inside.
The corolla is absent.
The androecium is composed of 10 stamens. The filaments are 4-5 mm long and the anthers are globose and less than 1 mm long.
The style is slender, 3-3.5 mm long with a simple stigma at the end.
The ovary is pubescent, ovoid, about 1.5 mm across and 1-celled.
The flowers are fragrant (honey-scented).
