The flowers of Millettia peguensis are grouped in terminal racemes.
The calyx is cup-shaped, 3 mm long and 6 mm in diameter. The calyx is reddish-coloured and glabrous.
The corolla is composed of 5 bright pink-purplish-coloured and glabrous petals. The petals are clawed (0.5 mm long claw). The standard is elliptic, 1 cm long and 1.2 cm wide. The wings are oblong, 1 cm long and 3-4 mm wide. The keel is composed of 2 connate and ovate petals.
The androecium is composed of 10 stamens. The filaments are connate into a 7 mm long staminal sheath and the free parts of the filaments are curved and 2.5 mm long. The anthers are tiny and elliptic.
The style is curved and 3-4 mm long with a simple stigma at the tip.
The flowers are fragrant.
